Russian Actress Olesya Rulin

Olesya Rulin was born on 17th March 1986. She is a Russian-American actress and singer who is perhaps best known for co-starring in the first three films of the High School Musical franchise as Kelsi Nielsen. She worked in the films "Private Valentine: Blonde & Dangerous" in 2008 and "Flying By" in 2009.
